Its been a SUPER busy school year. Working on my blog pages - MAP Testing Videos, our iPad Grant Writing Projects, and I need to upload the photos of my Blogging Challenge #2 and #3 Winners.
Boy..... blogging is a huge task. But it is also very fun and fulfilling.

- They interact fluidly with the online world for testing, instruction, and games.
- Use social media as an extension of their actual friendships.
- Blogs capitalize on this native experience
- It encourages students to read, write, think, and interact with other cultures.
- A vehicle for reinforcing the importance of keyboarding
- Utilizes internet safety skills
- Used to teach word processing basics
- Teaches beginning web design (html code, widgets, etc.)
- Utilizes critical thinking and information literacy

Congratulations for facilitating such great projects!

This blog came about through my school-wide staff development project in which majority of our teaching staff learned how to build a blog.
Secondly this blog will be used as a venue where teachers and parents can visit each grade level and view how our school site is working toward incorporating STEM into the daily curriculum.
